TexxaStar Wireless Internet Access is available to everyone within range and sight of our antenna locations. Each connection made through TexxaStar requires a minimum one-year contract, renewable only in one-year increments. Texxa offers customized contracts for multi-site and special-purpose connections; please contact us for more information.

Service Terms & Conditions

All monthly charges for TexxaStar Wireless service will be charged to your credit card. You must maintain a valid credit card at all times and report any changes in your card information to Texxa. Charges will be submitted to your card on or about the first day of each month. Service will be suspended immediately in the event your credit card rejects our monthly charge. Termination will occur after 10 days, all remaining contract amounts will be accelerated, and payment in full will be due immediately. A $25 reactivation fee will be charged for all accounts that have been suspended or terminated for non-payment. All voluntary service terminations must be submitted in writing to Texxa at least 30 days in advance of the planned termination date. All amounts are due and payable in full by the date of the termination. Any unpaid balance remaining after the termination date will be considered "theft of telecommunications services" under Texas and Federal law and will result in costly, unpleasant legal action against you.

Texxa Internet Services accepts no liability for interruptions or inconsistencies in the Wireless service, including installation problems or errors and weather or other damage of any type. Texxa makes no particular or general warranty or guarantee of any type regarding the service. Texxa does not represent any aspect of the service to be suitable for any particular use, purpose, or configuration. Texxa will assist in resolving any service outage or other issue under the direct control of Texxa; however, Texxa is not obligated to provide assistance of any type with regards to any other issue or problem such as customer computer hardware failures, configuration errors, or peripheral malfunctions.

Any variance from these policies by Texxa does not constitute or infer waiver of any policy, statute, or legal right otherwise afforded to Texxa.
