You may already have radio gear from another Wireless ISP. If so, it will probably work with TexxaStar with only simple reprogramming and nothing to buy! If not, Texxa has two options for purchasing the required radio equipment, consisting of a 2.4 GHz Subscriber unit, cable, and microwave antenna. The equipment quoted is our *standard* power option, which works well up to four miles from our towers, subject to conditions at your location. Amplified units and other options are priced separately. Please see the our current Service Application & Agreement for more options. It includes the wireless subscriber unit, integrated high-gain antenna, and 50 ft. of outdoor Ethernet cable. If the kit will not connect from your location, or you have a special application or need longer distance capabilities, your unit may require a more powerful antenna, higher mounting, amplifiers, or other specific equipment.
